The Avenuecenter Hotel

We picked Avenue Centre after looking around for a hotel in Kochi, and the stay turned out really well. The rooms were very clean, and our deluxe room had plenty of space. The bathroom was clean and well maintained too. Room service was great, and everyone at reception was warm, polite, and courteous. The security chettans were always smiling and ready to help. My family and I were super happy with the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and I can only imagine people leaving with good things to say.

Joseph (GM) helped us secure the venue at Avenue Central for my godparents’ 50th wedding anniversary, and I’m really grateful. He made sure the buffet and table setup went smoothly, so the event came together without stress. We appreciated all his effort. I’d highly recommend the place.

Ms. Minna Eluzabeth Prince was so responsive and efficient, and made arranging the function in Kochi much easier for us while we were based in Delhi. The staff were courteous, professional, and attentive throughout, and service stayed timely and well organized. We hosted our engagement in the Ashoka and Diwan hallsvof this hotel. Although seating is listed at around 270, we managed to accommodate about 400 guests. The halls were elegant and well maintained, a lovely setting for the occasion. The vegetarian food was outstanding, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Guests especially liked the variety and quality, and we heard lots of compliments. We’re truly satisfied and would recommend it for engagements and family celebrations.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the modern bathroom has nice hot showers. Breakfast was excellent, though it was Indian food only, with no continental options. My one piece of feedback is that the reception staff were curt but polite, and need a bit more training with check-ins.
