The problems began with the service. Manager Mr. Vishnu was rude and arrogant, with little sense of hospitality, and treated us more like subordinates than guests. We had booked eight rooms for 17 people, including family and guests, for my friend’s wedding function, after a referral from your former employee. We were charged the full rate, about ₹4000, for two extended rooms despite being promised a minimal charge. The rooms looked decent, but Room 403’s AC barely cooled, and the bathroom walls in Room 203 were covered in black mold. Breakfast was below average, with few choices, no fruit or eggs, and no courtesy. A guest staying in another room who was a Sabarimala devotee was kept waiting at reception unnecessarily and treated disrespectfully. The place felt like a service apartment run by inflexible, military-style rules, not a hotel. There was no flexibility, and the whole stay was stressful and poor value. Please take this seriously. No guest should have to deal with this kind of mismanagement and unprofessional service.

We waited over 45 minutes at checkout while they inspected several rooms, and the staff seemed to be looking for reasons to impose penalties, though they didn’t find anything. The crew showed very little guest courtesy during our family vacation. The property is hard to find along a narrow bottleneck passage, and parking is very limited. I would never recommend staying here. The service deserves less than one star.

The room was clean and spacious, but the rest of the stay left me uncomfortable. On checkout, staff kept us at reception until someone inspected the room, then let us leave. The breakfast was very poor for what we paid. We were also told on arrival that unmarried couples weren’t allowed, with a distinction that local IDs were not accepted but people from other districts could stay. That policy made no sense and felt discriminatory. We were a group of three men and one woman, and the booking through a Treebo customer care representative had gone smoothly. Smoking wasn’t allowed, which was fine with us. I’ve stayed at other Treebo properties without this kind of treatment. I won’t return, and Treebo should look into whether properties like this should represent the brand.

We regretted booking these rooms, and the experience spoiled our evening. We had three rooms at Treebo petal suits from 2nd to 3rd October, and we were visiting from Bangalore. From the start, staff spoke to us like strict wardens, saying guests with local addresses on their IDs wouldn’t be allowed to stay, and couples weren’t allowed either. The manager Vishnu was especially rude. One room’s AC wasn’t cooling, but after we complained they dragged it out for four hours before agreeing to move us, and then refused to give us a room on the same floor. The double rooms had only one dental kit and one towel. At breakfast, the woman at the counter was rude when she said kadala curry wasn’t available, and shouted “no butter” when we asked about butter for toast. The tea and coffee were bad too, as they came from a vending machine.
