Hotel Royal Embassy

We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again for future trips. I booked a Premium Twin room through MMT, and it's good value for money, with nearly perfect maintenance, all the necessary kits, and friendly receptionists. It's within the city limits and suitable for family trips. A few things could be fixed: for two adults, we got just one toothbrush and towel; the intercom didn't seem to have caller ID, and we got calls about food we hadn't ordered; and the empty coffee cups and plates weren't cleared even after we asked. I hope management sorts out these small issues.

We loved the people and the place, and the food was delicious and authentic. It arrived at the table quickly, and they were ready to serve us a feast. The ambience was also well maintained. Simply awesome.

This is a newly opened business-class property in the heart of Erode, with spacious, clean rooms and good amenities. The food was good and there's plenty of car parking. I didn't try room service, so I couldn't rate that part.

The basement parking is easy to use, and valet parking is available too. The restaurant is very clean, with tasty South Indian food; I didn't try the other dishes. The complimentary breakfast was tasty as well. Shops are within walking distance, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk could use a little improvement, but overall we had a very good stay.
