The food is nice, though on the expensive side. Unlimited vegetarian meals cost more than 200 rupees.

The staff and manager behaved rudely, and the service was awful. I came with my family and had a terrible stay. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. I accidentally broke a glass and they charged me 150 rupees for it, and a water bottle cost 25 rupees. Just a miserable experience.

Parking is difficult in the evening, and I wouldn't plan dinner here. The food choices are ordinary, like at a regular hotel. It may suit families, but the AC dining room has very little space. Eating in the regular dining area wasn't pleasant, and service took too long. They said the team was busy preparing orders for the crowded AC dining section. I personally wouldn't recommend coming here for dinner, since Erode has plenty of other options.

The owner and staff are cooperative and helpful, and because it's centrally located, the hotel works well for a business stay. The rooms aren't cramped like those in some newer hotels in Erode. It's an old hotel on Erode's main road, and small and medium business owners seem to favor it. Many business travelers stay here regularly, so I'd definitely recommend it for business.
