There was no parking on the premises, so all the cars were left outside on a busy road, and staff didn't offer to help with our luggage until we asked. The room itself was ordinary rather than especially cozy, and the TV unit stuck out in a way that could hurt children. Toddlers about the same height as the units could easily bump into them. The washroom was well maintained, hot water was reliable, and toiletries were supplied. This is a budget stay with decent rooms, but the online booking process needs more transparency. We booked a family deluxe room on the app at the price shown, then were given a different room and told the deluxe option cost extra. We had to argue until a staff member called the owner and got us the room we had booked. Without asking, we might have stayed in the wrong room.

There wasn't any parking, so I had to leave my car on the road. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. They didn't put water bottles or toiletries in the room at first, then told me to come down two floors and collect them from reception. I'd avoid booking here.

For this budget, this hotel is a great find in a prime location. The rooms were very tidy, and Mr.Prabhakar was supportive, answering every request calmly. Breakfast had only a few dishes, but the authentic home-style flavors had me asking for refills. Authentic Erode food spots and shops were close by too.
