Warning, this was a really bad experience with a terrible, cheap hotel and management. I booked a room for one week through their own hotel website and paid the full amount in advance. I confirmed the booking four or five times with the shameful management. When I arrived in the city on my check-in day, they told me they'd stopped internet bookings and couldn't give me the room. I had all the records, including the booking ID and confirmation email. They treated us very roughly, refused to hand over a room, and wouldn't refund the money either. We complained to the local police with all the records, and only then did those cheaters return our payment. If you don't want to waste your money and time, don't even think about booking here. Negative stars for their cheap behavior and fraud. God will judge them.

Caution before booking any hotel. I was told there'd be warm water for a bath and shower between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m., but they went back on that and never provided it. There was no geyser. It was the worst experience of my life, and I felt they were looting people. Also, don't trust auto drivers or other guides, since they're only looking out for themselves.

The rooms are cramped, and the AC doesn't work properly. It also looks like it's from way back in dates. The place felt very unprofessional, and the rate was quite high for the level of service. It was a terrible experience.

I paid the full amount online, but when I arrived they wouldn't give me a room. The way they treated me was awful. This was the worst experience I've had. Don't book here online if you want to avoid being cheated. Just the worst people.

I've been staying at this hotel in Ajmer for five years. The rooms are affordable, with some of the cheapest budget prices around, and the service and facilities are very good.
