OYO Flagship KOL1609 Hotel Palki Palace

I’d give this hotel zero stars. My OYO app booking, ID ZD4L6157, was confirmed for one night on 13-nov, but they still refused to give me a room, saying they hadn't received an email from Oyo. They told me to cancel the online booking I'd already paid for and book directly instead. Never book here. It feels like a complete scam.

This was the worst experience I've had with OYO Rooms. I booked for one day and two guests through OYO Rooms for RS- 513/- with an offer, then paid online when I got to the property. They said they wouldn't give me a room for 500rs. The manager took my phone and cancelled the booking, then demanded 800rs. When I asked for a refund, they refused at first, then returned only 100rs. They again told me to pay 800/- RS to get a room. The property manager was very rude, and they wouldn't provide rooms at OYO prices. Don't go here.

OYO's helpline booked this for me at a discounted price, and I got a confirmation. I called the hotel to double-check, and they flatly refused to let me check in because OYO's price was lower than they expected. He warned me not to show up at that rate and was very rude. OYO should remove the property from its portal and take strict action.

The staff's behavior was very bad, and they first refused to check me in, asking for extra money even though I'd already paid online through Goibibo. They claimed they had no booking under my name and told me to book through OYO. I did that, but then they still refused the room because the price was too low. They wanted me to call OYO customer service and ask them to raise the booking price, or pay more myself. I lost my money and an hour. A very bad experience. Couples, please don't choose this hotel, @oyoflagship KOL1609 hotel palki palace. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
