Our football team had a pleasant stay. The food was good and served properly, even for a large group. The team handled everything efficiently with the resources available, and the hospitality was impressive.

Deepak at reception helped us a lot, guided us well, and looked after us during the stay. He also pointed us to the owner’s saree shop, where the collections had lovely designs and good quality. We bought sarees and were very satisfied. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. A very pleasant stay and shopping experience.

It was manageable for a night or two, but the room felt old and the bathroom wasn’t very clean and needs an upgrade. Renovation work was noticeable during my stay, and the hotel felt a bit dated overall, though it was above average.

I had a very bad experience. I confirmed the booking by phone, but when I arrived at 1 o’clock AM, they simply told me there were no rooms available. Don’t rely on a phone confirmation without calling two or three times to check. Families should especially avoid booking here, since finding out there’s no room after you’ve booked can be very difficult.
