2/10
The location works well, and the kitchen and restaurant teams were polite and helpful. The rest of the stay was poor. Our bathroom was stained and not very clean, and housekeeping barely happened. They wouldn't top up the complimentary water, avoided cleaning while we were staying there, then blamed us for not requesting it when we asked. Breakfast was complimentary but bland and not good. There are better places nearby.

8/10
We had a comfortable stay, and they allowed us to check in much earlier for a small fee. The reception, pantry, and room service were courteous and good. The building has a nice feel, and the hotel is in a prime, upscale area close to the local market. Couples are welcome.

Just okay, and the food was average.

The TV worked, but the internet kept having problems and room service wasn't good.
