They charged me more without authorization. When I tried to sort it out, the staff argued with customers instead of helping. The billing felt dishonest, and the staff were aggressive and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust this place with my credit card details. It felt like a scam, and if zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give it.

Good location near ganpati pilaza, and the hotel felt very safe and secure. Really, really good.

Totally dirty, and a waste of money. I couldn't stay there.

The staff service was good, and the atmosphere felt friendly. My room was comfortable. I'm grateful for that.

The staff and owner gave me a strange, unsettling feeling, and I didn't feel safe there. They didn't offer any help when I asked them to contact OYO customer care or work something out with them. I had booked through the app, paid, shared my booking ID and OTP, but they kept insisting the OTP was wrong, even though it came through the OYO app. They wanted me to book again directly at the hotel. Since the app price was fixed, it felt unfair to customers. This is how these local hotels scam you, so beware.
