The rooms are good, but service is terrible. We asked for things and were told they’d be brought, but they never arrived. There was no body wash, and the kettles in three rooms didn’t work. After a day, they replaced one kettle, but that one still didn’t work. I got an electric shock from it right in front of the service boy. The place otherwise meets standards, but service doesn’t, and the bed sheets weren’t changed.
Benaka residency is right on the highway, opposite the petrol pump, so the location was really handy. We enjoyed our stay, and the rooms were spacious and clean with a nice atmosphere and affordable prices. There’s a bar downstairs, but it wasn’t much of a problem for us. The TV is a regular one, not a Smart TV, which was fine. It seems suitable for families, friends, or couples. If you book through goibibo or mmt, the hotel’s direct number isn’t provided, but you can contact them through the treebo number. The direct number is available on the treebo website.
Families should know this place is attached to an MRP and bar. There were lots of drunk people around, and this wasn’t mentioned when we booked. It’s not a good place for families.
Anand was really helpful, taking care of the arrangements and making sure we were comfortable during our two-night stay at the benaka residency. It’s also a good choice if you’re travelling by bus. We had a wonderful time and would like to visit again.
The rooms and facilities are good, and the staff are friendly with very good service. Still, I wouldn’t recommend it for families because there’s a bar on the ground floor of the same building, separated from the rooms by just one wall.
