Treebo Spring Brook

I paid the same amount twice for food and still hadn't got my money back by the time I checked out early due to an emergency. The first payment went to a scanner I was told belonged to a cook or waiter, though I'm not sure whose it was. After I paid, he said the money hadn't arrived and followed up twice while I was having dinner, then again at breakfast. Later the manager asked me to transfer 1 rupee to check. I asked him to show the scanner through the Google Pay app, since the night before he'd shown me a scanner saved in the gallery. That time the payment went through. He still asked me to pay the full amount again, saying they hadn't received it and would return it if the first payment came through. I transferred it again and asked for a refund if the first amount appeared. The bank said it could take 2-3 days to show. I forgot about the extra amount after leaving early, and they never followed up. My overall rating is one because of this fraud at the hotel. I don't recommend it at all, and anyone could be affected. Read reviews from genuine customers before booking.
