The location is a 10/10. Vehicles are always easy to find, and Rawat Mishtan is nearby along with great food options. The rest of the experience felt mediocre for what we paid. We had to remind them 4-5 times about simple requests for plates, bottles, towels, and housekeeping. The reception staff sounded frustrated and rude, even at checkout.

The breakfast spread was exceptional, and the location was convenient for local attractions. My room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient.

Our travel agent booked and recommended this hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, which was a plus. Dinner was served on the top floor in what felt like a bar lounge, while breakfast was on the ground floor. The food was honestly bland and tasteless, and we ate it because we had to. One person there was very cordial and friendly, though I didn't get his name. I'd recommend staying here, just not eating the food.

I was in a superior room for 3, and the hotel management arranged an extra bed with an okayish mattress. The breakfast options were good. The location was central, though very crowded, and the hotel was decent but short on services. I had to call for everything, including water and toiletries. I was surprised they expected me to call for things instead of having them already in place. The room wasn't soundproof, so I could hear the road and people passing by.
