Hare Rama Palace is about 4 km from the city center. The road right beside it was unpleasant, with drainage overflowing, though the property itself was a short drive into the city. We were welcomed warmly and got our room promptly. It felt much like a homestay, with a decent room size for a short visit. The interiors were neat, the bedcovers and washroom were clean, and the geyser provided hot water 24 hours a day. Food came from a nearby hotel rather than an in-house kitchen. The arrangements worked, but the dining could be better: they gave us tiny paper plates, the sort we usually use for PaniPuri in Southern India, instead of proper plates and cutlery. The famous lassi I ordered seemed rushed and wasn't up to the mark, and the ₹30 delivery charge felt unnecessary. There was just one towel for two guests, as though we were expected to share. I had to ask separately for another one. Hare Rama Palace has basic amenities and warm hospitality, and was clean and homely, but better food service, dining arrangements, and a towel for each traveller would make the stay more comfortable. With a few improvements, it could be a reliable place for pilgrims and other visitors to Ayodhya.

We booked from Kolkata and spent three days here as a family. The owner was very good and even picked us up from Aayodhya Railway station. Staying here felt like being at home, and the experience was awesome.

The room was excellent and newly constructed. Service was excellent too, and it was comfortable.

A nice hotel in Ayodhya. I'd recommend staying here to everyone.

We came from Mumbai and stayed with our family for two days. The hotel is near Ram Mandir, and both the service and stay were awesome. A great spot for families and friends.
