We had only one charging socket, so if three or four people shared the room, everyone would have to charge from that one outlet. There were no ceiling fans either, and we were made to take the A/C service for 500/- for one night. When the A/C had been running for a while, they would switch it off. Nothing worked properly. Third-class hotel, worst experience. Never come here.

Calling this a hotel doesn't seem right to me. It felt like a banquet hall with a few small rooms, and the deluxe rooms were the worst part. I don't understand the five-star reviews. The canteen and its contractor were especially bad; he was very rude, and the staff weren't very cooperative either. It felt like a waste of money. There are many hotels nearby, so go to one of those.

We had a really nice stay at hotel jivan sathi. It was very clean and comfortable, near Ramjanam bhoomi, Saryu Ghat, Ram Ki Paidi, and other temples. The people at jivan sathi were gentle and behaved very nicely. The hotel is purely vegetarian, with delicious food at the restaurant named jivan sathi &restro. I'd suggest it to anyone looking for a familiar, homely stay.
