Sterling Rampath Ayodhya

The staff were pleasant, which made the stay generally okay, though they seemed inexperienced. The rooms are very small, and the amenities are limited to the room and a basement restaurant. Compared with this group’s other properties in different areas, the price doesn’t seem to match what’s offered. There was a lot of furniture noise at night and early in the morning, so the manager should pay more attention to guests’ comfort. The Wi-Fi was weak, and we had to ask for the password because it wasn’t provided at check-in.

Mr Deepak at reception handled the little issues we had with warmth and care, and the staff were humble and great. We were very comfortable, and the food was excellent. We’ve just finished two days at Sterling Ayodhya. The meals were a real highlight: Parul and the chefs made sure the dishes were customised to our preferences, and everything tasted incredible. Their hospitality really stood out. The rooms were spotless and well cared for, although a little more space would’ve been nice. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend, a must visit!

The restaurant has lovely interiors, a great menu, good service, and is fully pure veg. The hotel is small, but the space is used well and the design is beautiful. It’s very clean, and the staff are helpful, though service at the regional level could still improve. The temple is about 20 to 30 minutes away. There aren’t other good hotels near the main hub of all the significant temples, so the distance is okay. If you book the smallest room, be aware it really is small and has no shelves. It’s fine for one person staying alone, but would be hard for a family staying more than a day. We stayed in January and room heaters were provided. Sterling lived up to its reputation.
