👎👎😥😥😥🙆🙆🙆🙆Treebo Hotel Havens Grand, Ayodhya was a disappointing stay and definitely not value for money. We paid ₹2840/Night, which was too expensive for the service provided. I wouldn’t book for more than ₹1300/Night. In Room G3, the water heater didn’t work properly. That was especially uncomfortable in winter, and repeated complaints didn’t get it fixed. The walls had visible damp patches and seepage, leaving a bad smell in the room. Service was slow and unresponsive, even for basics like water or room cleaning, which we had to request several times. The restaurant food was below average, lacking taste and freshness. Breakfast was limited and repetitive, with almost the same options every day, which got boring and disappointing on a longer stay. The driver accommodation was also very unsatisfactory, with no clean washroom or suitable accommodation provided. The property has potential, but these problems with basic amenities, service, and food made the experience unsatisfying.

The one thing I liked was that the manager let us stay an extra hour so we could go for darshan at Ram Mandir and come back. The rooms were called deluxe, but ours felt ordinary. The TV only had YouTube, as they said there were no cable channels available, which was very bad in this modern time. There wasn’t even milk powder or tea packets in the room.

The staff were very kind and supportive, and the food was fabulous. The rooms were neat and clean. I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Ayodhya.

No windows, no exhaust fans, and rude, untrained staff. The pantry was only open part time, and the food wasn’t reasonable. I’ve stayed at hotels across 3 continents and never experienced such a bad environment. Worst stay.

This property deserves below 1 rating. I booked online, but when I visited the hotel, I had to give up my booking charges, and the company refused to refund my amount. It’s totally out of the town.
