The manager and staff have always been nice to me, and the rooms are reasonably spacious and generally good. Bathrooms are clean, though there's a small cleanliness issue elsewhere. Otherwise, it's good value for money.

The staff were well mannered and very good, and I reached the place easily from the railway station. My room was on the first floor, and there was a lift. Five minutes after arriving, I took the lift up and found the room neat and clean, with everything in its place. It had AC, a TV and a fridge, and Wi-Fi was available. Dinner was really good and yummy.

Nothing seemed clean, and I had to change rooms four times because of different defects. One room's door wouldn't lock, and in another the geaser wasn't working. They only provided a towel or napkin when I asked. The blanket was very dirty, and the extension wasn't working either.

This hotel cheats guests. I had booked a room, but when I went to the office during the day, they gave my room to other guests for two hours at a time. When I raised it with the hotel, they argued back at me. I suggest you don't book a room here.

The rooms are good quality, and the service was good too. The issue was light coming in through the AC window.
