The bathroom water kept clogging, and I didn’t like the food either. They should make sure basic things like towels, slippers, dental kits, and warm water are available in the room. I’m extremely disappointed with the service: nobody answers calls or takes care of concerns.

We booked this hotel for a wedding, with our guests staying here, but the experience has been awful. A washroom’s sliding door in another room didn’t work properly, so it couldn’t be used. Before that, one of our rooms locked itself and couldn’t be opened from either inside or outside. After trying many times, they called maintenance to open it, and we had to switch rooms because of the lock.

The one real advantage is the location, right opposite Sarai Metro. The breakfast was the same each day, but at least it was edible. Everything else made for a terrible stay in Delhi. Water dripped from the AC inside the room, and the refrigerator was useless, more like a shoe rack. The wardrobes smelled awful. They wouldn’t turn on the AC or fan in the lobby, so bring a sweat towel if you’re waiting there for a cab. The lifts were terrible too.
