Treebo Lake Bloom Powai

I paid around ₹1700 for a room at Treebo Lake Bloom Powai in August, and the stay was very disappointing. The room was much smaller than expected for the price, and although I saw larger vacant rooms nearby, none were offered. We got a small room with a window AC instead of a split AC, and the TV had a black dent on the screen and didn't work properly. The bathroom geyser was also out of order. The cleanliness around the property was shocking. There was a pile of trash by the entrance and the street was extremely dirty. We even saw large rats near reception and around the hotel, which felt unhygienic and unsafe. Breakfast was included, but after seeing the general conditions and finding out it started late, at 7:30 AM, with no proper preparation, we skipped it. I wouldn't book breakfast through Goibibo or directly with the hotel. The place didn't meet basic expectations for hygiene, comfort, or value. I don't recommend Treebo Lake Bloom Powai; its poor condition doesn't justify the price.

Breakfast is prepared by the hotel and tastes really good, and the rooms were very clean, including the towels and washrooms. I checked in yesterday, 13/12/2025, and was treated very well from the moment I arrived right through to my room. Definitely visit.

Not recommended. The doors shown in the pictures are actually for the washroom, which is fitted right into the room. The bathrooms are in a terrible state, and the standard room is so tiny that a person can barely fit. The pictures show a higher room category.

Rooms are well kept and the service is good. You can get a good room at a budget price.
