Hotel Delite

The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and ready to help. I had a wonderful experience at Delite. Service was exceptional throughout, and requests were handled quickly and professionally, which made me feel valued as a guest. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant environment. Looking forward to visiting again!

There was no security when we arrived at night, so anyone could walk in. The hotel was in a gross, poorly maintained area. The reception staff seemed barely interested in helping and laughed while checking us in. Our room card didn't work, so they had to use a master key. Though the room looked nice in the pictures, inside it felt much duller. The safe didn't work, and despite booking a two-bed room for two guests, there was only one towel. We went out to look for food, but returned quickly after seeing how unsafe the city felt. Several people who seemed drunk tried to pick fights. There was no food nearby at night, and the information on maps was all wrong. In-room dining was limited to coffee, tea, and some kind of veg sandwich that staff couldn't even explain. We went to bed hungry and upset, and the whole stay was uncomfortable. In the morning, the shower sprayed water onto the roof. I don't understand why it hadn't been fixed. At checkout, another customer cut in and started talking to receptionist Pooja. When I asked if she could help us first because we had to leave, she gave me a huge attitude. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It isn't a 4+ star hotel, it's a 2 star hotel. Don't be fooled. The reviews are fake for sure. I'm never coming back to this city because of the atmosphere, the people, and the business.

Miss Pooja at the Front Office made me feel welcome and valued. She was polite, helpful, and professional, and her friendly manner and quick assistance made check-in and our other interactions smooth and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at Delite Sarovar Portico. Her service was exceptional, and I really appreciate her efforts and the great hospitality.

The birthday party I attended at Delite Sarovar Portico was fine, and the hotel itself seems decent. Getting there was a downside, though: the approach road is in poor shape and makes arriving by car uncomfortable. The location is accessible but doesn't offer much in the way of convenience or nearby attractions. Service was average. Staff were polite, but they weren't always quick or consistent when handling requests. It would be a more appealing place for a short stay with better service and road access.
