At midnight, this turned into a terrible experience. I couldn't get customer support or reach a real agent, and the location was wrong. It felt like a scam and cost me money, time, and energy. I won't trust online hotel bookings again. Immense residency nearby was a much better option and gave me more than I expected. I loved Immense hotel.

I had a bad stay. Google Maps shows the hotel somewhere else, so the exact location is hard to find. The service wasn't very good either. My room was unclean and smelled disgusting, and there was no warm water.

We couldn't find the hotel, and Fab hotel customer care wouldn't answer. By the time we arrived late, the staff said they couldn't find our booking and tried to charge us. Then I saw our name on the reception system, though the receptionist had been saying it wasn't there. He seemed at a loss and was very rude.

I had a really bad experience. The room had cockroaches, the walls were dirty, and the old mattress had springs I could feel digging into my back. There were no amenities. Since I'd booked online, they didn't even speak to me properly.

I asked for an extra towel four times, but they still didn't bring one. Worst service.
