I was completely disappointed by the banquet’s approach. They seem extremely focused on money and very unprofessional. Booking 150 plates can turn into a count of 200 without proper justification. They watch guests on cameras and even count when someone shares a plate. That feels cheap and is unacceptable.

This banquet caused a lot of stress and I wouldn’t recommend it. The bill felt misleading: even though we booked 150 plates, the final count was pushed much higher. It seemed that guests were watched on camera, including when they shared plates. Management appeared more concerned with getting extra money than with hospitality. Truly unprofessional.

The room was big, clean, and cozy, and the hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions. Mr.Nikesh, the Manger, was very helpful, and the staff were polite. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The hotel was very clean too.

The rooms and linens at Hotel Grand Highway were in excellent condition, and both the food and service were excellent. I stayed there for two days and had a wonderful time. I’d recommend Hotel Grand Highway to anyone.

The tap was broken, and the water was salty or sometimes didn’t come at all. The room and washroom were dirty, there was no AC, and there were basically no services. Total waste of money.
