I haven't stayed here, but I've visited three times for linen supply. The owner and caretakers are good and seem worth having for guests. The place looks good.

The bed was cozy and the furniture felt modern, sturdy, and well kept. OYO Dawer House also had a welcoming feel and thoughtful decor. Cleanliness could have been better, though, and with more attention there, it could be a top-notch place. The room was comfortable overall, even with that issue.

The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed my stay. The water, air conditioning, and WiFi were excellent. They do need to clean the room every day.

Dawer House is a clean, nice guesthouse on Badkhal Road in Sector 21-C, near Asian Institute of Medical Sciences. Pictures are below.

The manager is good, and it's a good place to stay for a reasonable price. Many foreigners have stayed there and still stay there.
