OYO 18256 Punjabi Nature Residency

The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance, and the ground floor restaurant serves very good food. The room size is decent, but one of the rooms I booked had water leaking from the bathroom ceiling. I complained several times and nobody came to fix it, and there was no hot water either. The receptionist and staff were rude and unfriendly. They offer valet parking, but leaving the car on a busy street seemed risky and unsafe. The experience was mixed, though the price is reasonable and some compromises come with it.

We were there for four days for a wedding, and the place was awful on every count. There was no car parking, nobody asked for ID at check-in, and a pool of sewage water greeted us at the entrance. Once we got into the room, it smelled of vomit and had cockroaches everywhere. Room service barely seemed to care when we asked for help. The sheets and towels were stained, and the broken door handle meant anyone could easily peek inside. The staff seemed inexperienced and without formal hospitality training. We got only two water bottles during the whole stay and no toiletries. The one thing they did stick to was checkout time. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. Don't book this place, it's worse than hell.

The staff were good and eager to please, and the restaurant food was very good. The location is good and the rooms are well built, but upkeep is a big problem. The linens hadn't been washed, the towels were old and torn, and soap was provided only when requested. A decent option if you're on a tight budget.

Breakfast was supposed to be free, but when I got to the restaurant at 9:30, they said it had run out. There was no parking space, and I don't know if the person handling valet was a bouncer or what, but he broke my car door handle. Management didn't listen when I complained. The room was so-so, and the washroom was like a public toilet, with a broken flush, a broken jet pipe, and water everywhere. Don't waste your money, the hotel and service were very bad.
