I confirmed in advance that a late-night check-in would be possible, but when my guest arrived, the receptionist was asleep. They knocked and called for 30 minutes, then were told there was no booking under their name. The commotion brought the neighbours out, and after I complained to oyo, the owner claimed the guest never showed up. In the end, I had to book another place 5 km away. I should have taken it to consumer court, but oyo apologized and refunded the money.

We booked through make my trip, booking ID (NH71172222827696), but the hotel wouldn’t accept the online booking. The woman and the executive at reception were awful, and the place seemed to have no proper management. make my trip and Oyo weren’t trustworthy either. It was a terrible experience. Don’t book here, especially for business travel nearby. At the last minute, you may have to find another hotel. make my trip, Oyo, and the hotel management should be penalized for the inconvenience caused to tourists. Don’t even consider booking this hotel.

Right by the Sainik colony market, and it’s the closest guest house to NCR biotech Science Cluster. The rooms are fine for a day or two. It’s passable.

There was a hole in the wall between two rooms, and someone was spying on me while I was in mine. I’d advise people not to book this hotel.
