Park Plaza Faridabad

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. I especially liked the breakfast, with so many choices. There were also plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. 😊

I spent a full month at the hotel, and the rooms were clean and comfortable throughout. The staff were polite and helpful, and the service made the stay enjoyable. Shivam Kumar Ji deserves a special thank you for his excellent, courteous help and for keeping the room immaculate. I’d gladly give the hotel 5 stars and recommend it.

The food was tasteless and honestly inedible. Restaurant staff were rude and seemed uninterested, barely making an effort to serve properly. If decent food and basic courtesy matter to you, I’d strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

The central Sector 21C location makes it convenient for Faridabad’s industrial hub, markets, and business areas. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and guests can also use the spa, fitness center, and pool. Dining has several options, with the breakfast buffet often praised for its variety and quality. Service is regularly described as prompt, friendly, and courteous. Some older reviews mention minor bathroom maintenance problems, though the general view is that the hotel offers good hospitality and comfort. It’s a solid upscale option for business or leisure travelers who value service and a central location.
