Please don’t book an event here. They take your money with sweet talk and false promises, then treat you badly when your special occasion arrives. The staff don’t follow instructions, and the manager talks but takes no action. They’ll substitute the food you selected, and what they serve is cheap quality. They’re unprofessional and shameless, and they’ll waste your hard-earned money and ruin your event.

The calm, clean atmosphere made for a relaxing stay, and I found the rooms comfortable, neat and thoughtfully maintained, with a premium feel for the price. Service and housekeeping were prompt throughout. Check-in was quick, and the staff gave me a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. The whole experience felt smooth and well managed. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting. It exceeded my expectations.

We paid the full amount in advance, and although they spoke nicely before that, afterwards they wouldn’t listen to our concerns. I held my engagement ceremony at this hotel, and it became one of my worst experiences. The manager was rude and unprofessional from the start. When we asked for help or tried to discuss arrangements, we got dismissive and disrespectful responses instead of support. The staff were uncooperative, basic requests during the function were ignored or handled poorly, and the lack of coordination caused stress for us and our guests. We trusted the hotel with an important, once-in-a-lifetime occasion, but the poor management and unhelpful service ruined it. I strongly advise people to avoid booking this venue, especially for engagements, weddings or family functions. There are other places that treat their customers far better.

The place looks attractive from outside, but the rooms and service were the complete opposite. At check-in, we found cigarette butts in our room, and the bathroom had no towels. There was no in-room dining menu either. When I went to complain, the manager at reception was incredibly rude. He said, and I quote, "Jo b dikkat hai bologe to milega nahi to nahi milega". These are basic things a hotel guest should be able to expect, but the staff and management seemed to have no concern for guests. The experience was terrible, and I won’t return to this hell hole of hospitality. Anyone reading this should check in at their own risk.
