We were six people and reached Big Mooch around 12 at night. The father and son hosts were amazing. They had a bonfire and warm, yummy food ready for us, then shared fascinating stories. It’s the best hostel I’ve stayed in. If we come back to Jaipur, we’re staying at Big Mooch again. They deserve 6 stars for all they did.

The thali is amazing, and Jay and his father did everything they could to make me comfortable from the first minute. They also suggested places to see and explained how to get there. I couldn’t be happier with the 3 days I spent there. A top place to stay in Jaipur, you won’t regret it.

Mr. Harsh drove us to buy Saree and gifts, and told us about Jaipur history and his royal stories. I made the most beautiful, unforgettable memories with this lovely family. I love BIG MOOCH. If you want to feel happy and fully relaxed, the big mooch is the best choice.

It felt like a home away from home, with a comfortable, cosy place, amazing hosts, and awesome food. I had a truly memorable time at the Big Mooch. Definitely recommend if you’re in Jaipur. Hands down one of the best places I’ve been to.

Still here. This is one of the best backpacker hostels. The owner is a gem, and the rooms are clean and tidy, with cozy bunk beds. There’s a smoking area in the backyard. You can talk with the owner for hours, they have great experiences to share.
