Slf Mall by OYO Rooms

The rooms were good, but the service wasn't. Though it wasn't the hotel's fault, they refused to honor my paid booking through goibibo. It's a complete heaven for couples, even local couples. The location is well known, but Google Maps gets it wrong every time.

Prices are low, and the room comes with a cupboard, a table and chairs. The rooms are clean and neat, with good bedsheets and bathrooms.

The room was dirty, there was no TV or Wi-Fi, and there were lots of rats on the property. My experience was so bad I can't explain it. Nobody should go there, even at a very low price.

Couples, be careful. Staff might even film you, and I see a high risk for couples at this hotel. I checked in alone for work and was waiting at reception while the manager, SALMAN, checked in a couple. He asked the girl to remove her mask so he could take their photo, claiming it was a GOVERNMENT OF INDIA guideline. After giving them a room key, he said to his long-haired colleague, “GHAPAGHAP” must have started, go listen to the moans and report back. I also saw staff drinking alcohol during duty hours in a vacant room with friends. It was upsetting to hear him talk about guests and see him ask to take their picture. I was relieved to be alone. Don't judge this hotel by past reviews.
