SPOT ON 41417 Hotel Unahb

They changed my room three times for silly reasons, including cleaning and saying it hadn't been allocated. There wasn't even a key to lock or open the room. While I was at work, staff moved my luggage to another room without asking. The rooms were full of waste and not clean, and the bathrooms were filthy, with rusty pipes, many of which didn't work. My OYO account showed a rating I didn't leave: staff asked to use my phone to check booking details, then rated their hotel without my permission. I posted 1/5 on Google because they'd already rated it on OYO. Please don't list hotels like this or drunken, irresponsible staff in your app, as it could hurt your company's reputation. Getting there means taking muddy streets because the hotel isn't on the main road, then climbing three flights of stairs. There's no lift. The rooms weren't very good, and although there was a TV, it didn't work. The staff weren't hospitable or professional either. A complete waste of money.

OYO rooms feel like a struggle these days. When I visited and called the hotel, they turned me away, saying there was a night curfew. Later, they offered me that same room if I paid more cash.

Very bad, the owner is a fraud. Even with an online booking, they ask for extra money at reception. Very bad, and only for private couples.
