The Jiva Spa at Taj Vivanta Surajkund felt peaceful as soon as I arrived, with welcoming smiles, calming music, and lovely scents. Its tasteful decor and clean, well-kept facilities added to the luxurious feel. I had a full-body massage, and the therapist was skilled, professional, and attentive to my comfort. I felt my stress ease during the session. Afterwards, I used the sauna and steam room, which gave me more time to relax. The spa uses traditional Indian methods and natural ingredients, with Ayurvedic holistic treatments focused on wellness. I liked that mix of older practices and modern luxury. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, explained the options, and suggested treatments that suited my preferences. Their care made the visit feel personal. It was a memorable, relaxing experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind or treat themselves.

For my mother's birthday, I gave her a spa session. She had a wonderful time, and the staff and management made it extra special with a surprise cake and bouquet. It really made our day, and I’m grateful for the experience.
8/10
The staff were professional and the experience was really good. I do wish they had more couple rooms with a steam room in the bathroom, and enough professionals to massage both people at the same time.

Six months ago, I had a Jamarosa root facial at Jiva spa, and it was such a blissful experience. I’d been dealing with breakouts and dark patches, and after trying everything from a dermatologist to cosmetic and ayurvedic products, I found that my pimples vanished and the dark spots faded after this facial. The hospitality was lovely, and everything felt beautiful. The staff are responsive too, and will make things right if there’s anything you don’t like.

The suites look lovely, and service is wonderful. The experienced staff are great, and the quality is excellent.
