I wouldn't recommend staying here. Breakfast doesn't start until 9:00 AM, which is no help if you need to leave at 7:00, 8:00 or even 8:30. They didn't offer another option. There was no hair dryer either, and when I asked about getting a taxi, nobody helped or pointed me toward any local contacts. The service was extremely poor, and the whole stay was disappointing.
We had a birthday party in the banquet hall and stayed overnight. The rooms were neat and clean, and the stay was cosy. We didn't need much room service.
Lalit Sir and Rajeev Bhaiya treated us like family and were always available, 24x7. Huge thanks to them and the outstanding staff for their kind gesture and hospitality 🥰🙏🏻✨🌸
The washroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, and I left frustrated and hungry after waiting for breakfast. Although breakfast was advertised as part of the room price, they first said it wasn't available or wasn't ready. After I asked several times, they offered just a basic sandwich or parantha, and it took 45 minutes to an hour. It felt as if they were hoping guests would leave without eating. That's misleading, and the hotel should be honest about what it provides. Think twice before booking for the included breakfast, and consider staying somewhere more transparent.
The rooms were very good, the service was good, and the staff felt like family.
