The room service and staff were good, but the manager and receptionist spoke to us in an unacceptable way and wouldn't even listen. They should explain the hot-water schedule at check-in, and even during the stated time there was no hot water for bathing. I wouldn't choose this hotel for a happy vacation.

The glass top beside the bed felt dangerous, especially for children and adults while sleeping. Staff were better than the managers, but the managers were rude and wouldn't accept feedback, saying they didn't need it to run the property. Hot water was only meant to be available at set times, yet there was none then either. We had to call for it, with no intercom in the room, and someone would turn on the tap for just a few minutes. I had a bad experience with the receptionist and manager, and wouldn't recommend this hotel given the location and their behaviour.

The location and rates were great, and the place was kept hygienic. Breakfast and lunch or dinner were delicious, especially the cushion. Best service from the staff, with special thanks to Shekhar ji, Mukesh & Joy ji.

The room was good, and the food was tasty too. Front office staff were capable and humble. I had an enjoyable stay.

The pillows were dirty and smelled bad, there was no intercom or cattle, and I was left struggling with things. The receptionist and manager behaved very badly. There was no hot water for a winter bath, so you have to struggle for it. The manager said he runs the hotel without ratings and doesn't care about ratings or reviews 😑 🙄. Please avoid coming here.
