Management were rude and disrespectful when I brought up problems, and the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. The room was dirty and poorly kept from the start, while the food was far below expectations. Water also leaked through the washroom ceiling, which was a serious hygiene and safety issue. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and I wouldn't recommend it unless they make major improvements to cleanliness, upkeep, food, and service.
The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, and I enjoyed the good food. My room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. I'd be happy to come back.
The washroom switchboard was near the shower, and it short-circuited while I was staying there. By God's grace I got out unhurt. They charged Rs.2500 per room, but cleanliness, food, and service were all pathetic and nowhere near worth that price. For me, this is the worst hotel in Gandhidham, kutch. I wouldn't stay here again, and others will be disappointed too.
The mattress was dirty, and the rooms smelled like a cigarette shop, lol. They offer only an adjustment, not a lavish solution. I wouldn't choose this place for a family, especially at this price, since there are plenty of nearby properties in the same range.
I called to book and we agreed on a price, but when I arrived at midnight they wanted 30-40% more. When I questioned it, the staff acted as if letting me stay at the higher price was a favour. Unprofessional staff, no accountability, and a really bad experience at a hotel.
