Hotel Relax Inn in Gandhinagar was a good fit for a budget stay, whether visiting for work or personal reasons. The location was peaceful and convenient, and check-in was smooth. Staff were polite, cooperative, and quick to help. The room had the basic amenities I needed and was clean and well maintained. The whole visit was hassle-free and good value for money. I’d recommend it.

The buffet means walking about 1 km to punjabi tadka. There’s no kettle, tea, or room service, and the rooms don’t feel worth more than 1000 per night. The hotel is badly understaffed and hard to reach. I paid 117000 for a room for 3 nights, but the manager said their system showed only 10080 and that the bill would be for that amount, so I couldn’t claim the extra 1700 from my company. When I questioned it, they somehow made a bill with Rs. 800 as service charge and another 900 as convenience fee, which made no sense and felt outrageous. This was my worst stay so far, and it doesn’t deserve even one star. I believe the other good reviews were posted by their own people.

The bathroom western seat was loose at the bottom, and the taps were leaking. The dustbin hadn’t been cleaned either.
