FabHotel Prime Empyrean

I spent two nights at Empyrean and had a very good stay. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the room was clean, and everything worked. Food choices were limited, but the food we ordered was satisfactory. The gym was okay too. I'd definitely recommend staying here and would come back.

The rooms at The EMPRYEAN Hotel were spacious, and housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout my stay. Check-in went smoothly, and the clean, well-maintained property had a peaceful feel. Staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. The food was good and service was quick. It's also easy to reach, in a convenient location. Great value, excellent hospitality, and a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The night front desk staff member wasn't polite when I checked in late. I feel he may need more training in how to communicate with guests. In the daytime, the front office staff were very helpful and extremely polite, especially Sanjana Sahni. Housekeeping was good too, while F&B service was average.

I spent four days at Hotel Empyrean and had a very pleasant stay. The reception staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout, and housekeeping did a good job. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious, fresh, and consistently well prepared. It's a comfortable hotel with great service, and I'd happily recommend it.
