The rooms were very, very clean, and the food and service were both really good. The staff kept checking in and cared about our health. They provided oxygen cylinders and a machine to check our oxygen levels, and kept reminding us what to do and avoid for our health. It was a wonderful experience.

Mr. Dorjey, the owner, was visibly involved, helpful, and respectful. Our group of 16 stayed at the hotel from 24-29th Aug 2025, and I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere and comfortable accommodation were enjoyable, and the hot showers were excellent, with strong water pressure. The dining staff were pleasant and did a commendable job. Other team members were also helpful and service oriented, adding to the positive hospitality.

The kitchen staff deserve a special mention, they kept us entertained during our stay. The food was tasty, with a generous buffet for breakfast and dinner. I spent three days at Royal ladakh in the last week of August,2025. The rooms felt luxurious, and the amenities made for a cozy stay. All the staff were well behaved and helpful. I really liked the hotel and will come back soon.

The hotel has a lift, plenty of parking, and nice views. The property was very neat, clean, and well maintained. Staff were attentive, and the restaurant served great food. One of the best hotels in Ladakh, and a perfect place to stay in Leh.
