The peaceful setting, lovely views, and tasty food all added to our stay at Himalayan Retreat Karzoo in Leh. We arrived to a warm welcome, and the staff stayed courteous, attentive, and ready to help throughout. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with modern amenities and a premium feel. Service was prompt and professional, and the property had a comfortable, elegant feel as well as convenience. After exploring Leh, it was a great place to relax. We’d happily stay again on our next visit, and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and genuine hospitality in Leh. 5/5.

We spent two days at hotel Himalayan Retreat and enjoyed the stay. The owner was jolly and helpful, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. Our room was spacious and clean, and the market is nearby.

The food and staff get a 100/10 from me. Breakfast had fresh choices, and every meal tasted so good. The owners and staff made us feel like family, and the location was quiet at night while still close to food and transport. We booked three nights and had no complaints. The room was clean as soon as we arrived and stayed that way, and the bed was comfortable. No hidden fees or surprises, just an easy stay. I’d book here again without a second thought.

Mr. Nurboo, the owner, helped us put together a great trekking and hiking itinerary and supported us throughout our stay. He’s a wonderful host, and his team was just as kind and dedicated. I stayed at Himalayan Retreat Karzoo with my friend Viren, and we had an unforgettable time. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views, and the food was fresh and delicious. Service was always warm and attentive. If you’re visiting Ladakh, it’s a whole experience of comfort, adventure, and heartfelt hospitality, not just a place to sleep. Highly recommended!
