Even in the early winter cold, around -15°C, we were very comfortable. The hotel kept hot water available 24 hours, and the room heater was already on before sunset. We went when many hotels had shut because their water pipes had frozen. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in India, and I'd recommend it to anyone going to Ladakh.

Hot water was available, which matters a lot in Ladakh. My room was very clean, and the owner was friendly and helpful. The hospitality was really good, and I had a comfortable, pleasant stay. I'd happily recommend the hotel.

The hotel's atmosphere was comfortable, and the food was generally satisfactory. But on our last day, they served us rotten breakfast. That was highly unprofessional, and negligence like that can seriously damage the hotel's reputation and standards.

The rooms were clean and had hot water and a heater, and the food was delicious. The owner and all the staff were lovely and friendly. I'll definitely come back on my next trip to Leh Ladakh.

The food was the best part. I visited Leh in December, when nighttime temperatures fell to -11, and everything else was fine, but they usually switched off the heater at 10.30. We were normally asleep by then, though if you're awake in the middle of the night, you'll feel cold. Book a room with breakfast and dinner.
