The staff were wonderful the whole time, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Honestly, 10/10 service! The garden gives the place a peaceful, relaxing feel, and the view is beautiful. It’s a convenient location for exploring, while still being quiet and comfortable. We stayed for more than a week and enjoyed every moment. I’d definitely recommend this cozy homestay for a memorable visit.

From this peaceful spot away from the main road, Leh Market is still close enough for a quick stroll. The hotel has sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and the iconic Leh Palace.

The owner proudly shows visitors the Ladakhi Kitchen. Vegetable plots, apple trees, and apricot trees add to the appeal. A great place to stay while you’re in Leh.

The garden is almost fairytale-like, lush and peaceful, with some of the most beautiful roses I’ve seen. Meals made with produce from that same garden felt nourishing, and you could tell they were cooked with love. After long days out exploring, the hot showers were a gift, and the chai was the best we had in all of Ladakh. Our time at Leh Stumpa felt genuinely special from the moment we arrived. The team welcomed us so warmly and kindly, and they were helpful, attentive, and full of heart throughout. They made everything easy and joyful, always with a smile. It felt like coming home, even though we’d never been there before. This was more than a bed for the night. If you’re looking for soul, beauty, and real connection, I highly recommend Leh Stumpa. Thanks for having us ❤️
