The owner at Thongsal gives each guest personal attention, and was kind and helpful throughout. He explained tour plans in detail and gave us useful guidance as travelers. The staff also made sure everyone was comfortable and well looked after. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Thongsal is one of the best hotels in Leh, and I’d highly recommend it for a pleasant, memorable stay.
