The hotel is peaceful but still close enough to the main market and popular attractions to make sightseeing easy. The staff were warm and helpful, offering local tips and arranging travel. I especially enjoyed the in-house restaurant’s local dishes. At Ladakh Country Inn, the clean, cozy rooms were well maintained and looked out onto beautiful mountain views. It brings together comfort and traditional Ladakhi charm, and I’d recommend it to families or solo travellers visiting Leh.

Stenzin was a wonderful host and helped us with local information, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The food was really tasty, and the dining area was well maintained. Our clean, spacious room had a great view. We were travelling as a couple, and loved the peaceful setting about 2 km from the main market, surrounded by trees, mountains, and rivers. There’s an organic farm, spacious three-bedroom accommodation, and a private balcony too. Best stay in Leh for us!

My wife and I stayed here during our Ladakh trip, and Mr Stanzin made us feel comfortable right away. He’s humble and decent, and the warm hospitality really stood out. Leh Maeket is 3km away. If you want peace close to nature, this is a good place, especially if you’re travelling with a group of bikers.

Stanzin was so welcoming, always smiling and humble. He helped me buy a bus ticket to Hanle, and even drove me to the main market and picked me up whenever I needed to get something there. The food was simple but delicious. The rooms are spacious, with great views of the mountains and surroundings, and the quiet setting away from the bustle of central Leh was just what I wanted. The warmth and hospitality are unforgettable, and I look forward to staying here again.
