The floors were damp, insects were everywhere, and the rooms smelled bad. Bed sheets, towels, and blankets were dirty. The staff were the worst I could imagine: they agree at first, then say, "we are not responsible." They tell you to talk to the owner, who doesn't even live there, and only the staff can contact him. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Reply to your response: Learn to write proper English if you're replying to guest reviews. I can't understand what you said. Also learn how to treat guests while they stay at your hotel, and tell your staff to behave properly. Provide proper services.

It's right in front of the beach, and the room balcony has a very good sea view. For a budget-friendly stay facing the sea right by the beach, it's a good choice. The drawback is poor upkeep and service. You have to ask for everything, and the service people don't take responsibility.

We stayed 4 nights (9 to 12 March 2023) and found it peaceful, a nice spot to relax and enjoy a sea-bath away from the crowds. The place is well maintained, service is good, and the staff are very polite. Food quality is very good too.

The property isn't maintained properly, and the executives are unprofessional. The rooms and bathrooms smell bad. Lunch can't be provided if you order after 1 pm, and dinner isn't available for orders after 9 pm. At 2500/- per room on a weekend, it's not worth the price. Overall, I don't recommend it. Please don't trust the price list or you'll regret it.
