There are better options at Swarg dwar. This place is just okay, with outside noise causing disturbances. The flush and water heater weren’t working either.

The price seemed higher than what was shown on Google, and the people managing the hotel felt focused on money. I wouldn’t call it family-friendly.

We had to switch rooms several times because each one seemed to be missing something. Hot water, the doors, cloth hooks, and AC weren’t working properly, and the rooms smelled. I wouldn’t choose this for a family stay. I also didn’t feel the environment was safe for kids, so don’t leave them alone with the hotel staff.

The service was good, and the owner and staff behaved well too.

They took an advance for the booking, then refused to provide the room we’d reserved when we arrived. The staff were rude and tried to push us into taking a clearly worse room. This felt like a fraud.
