The food was awesome, and they welcomed us warmly with a shawl in the traditional Leh way. Rooms were very good, and the staff gave very good service. This interesting place is Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre, about 8 km from Leh. It's known for meditation, and lamas stay there to meditate. People from around the world come and stay for a long time. The area covers 250 Acer and has different types of places. You could consider it for a family or group stay when visiting Leh.

The rooms are comfortable, well facilitated, and the food is delicious. The place feels like heaven on earth, so peaceful it's hard to put the beauty into words. You have to experience that peace of mind for yourself.

This is a meditation centre in a lovely location. There isn't a TV in the room, which encourages you to talk to your family. It's an excellent place to get to know yourself.

A good place to meditate and reflect. The Wi-Fi and telephone lines aren't effective, so there's more chance to look inward than interact with the outside world.

We came with a group of drivers, and our stay here was miserable. The staff were rude, the food arrived cold, and they wouldn't handle any requests we made on the spot. I can't recommend this place.
