The room wasn’t cleaned even though I’d booked well in advance. The bedsheet was shabby and the toilet was very untidy. They didn’t move me to another room, just cleaned it in front of me. The staff behaved badly, and although they first booked the room at a lower price, they charged me more later. I had to call reception to switch on the motor whenever I needed to use the washroom, so water could fill the overhead tank. I’ve never had such a bad experience. A1

The staff were cooperative, and my non-AC room was clean and reasonably priced. It was an average room, though not well maintained, with the furniture out of place. This is fine for a short business trip. The main inconvenience was climbing several flights of stairs to the third floor.

The bed was comfortable, but that’s about the only reason I’d give it two stars. The lights and flush didn’t work, the taps weren’t good, and I nearly vomited. For a non-AC room, there are 52 stairs to climb.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The room hadn’t been cleaned despite my booking well in advance, the bedsheet was shabby, and the toilet was very untidy. They wouldn’t change the room and cleaned it in front of me instead. Whenever I needed to use the washroom, I had to call reception to switch on the motor so the overhead tank could fill. I’ve never had such a bad experience. It also seemed like only Gujarati people could stay here.
