I had a really bad experience with the staff, and there was no support from them. There’s no facility for taxi drivers either. The price is very high. I don’t think the room should cost more than 2,000. I don’t know who gave this kind of hotel a four-star rating.

There was a lot of noise coming in from outside, so it was hard to rest peacefully. The online staff were very impolite, and the room had so many mosquitoes that I had to stay with mosquito spray smell, which is harmful for health. They offered no upgrade or compensation.

The room should cost only Rs 1,500, and I think this hotel deserves two stars instead of four. With the high price and its four-star rating, it feels like a corporate trap.

The location works well as a central spot between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Staff are friendly and accommodating. If you need more room, ask for one of the premium rooms.

The rooms are neat and clean, and the staff are good. It’s a nice place to stay in the Kudasan area, though a little outside the main shopping area.
