I would never book here again and would tell people to avoid it at any cost. Our room was beside a drain, and hot water wasn’t guaranteed. When we needed something, nobody answered at reception until we’d called three or four times. They kept pushing us to have lunch and dinner there. The strangest rule was that the hotel shut at 9.30pm. They ordered us to be back by then, like a hostel warden. We got back around 10.30pm and had to call five times before they opened the shutter to let us in. They said it was a cicular from the silkim police requiring hotels to close by 9.30pm. I wonder how people at other properties can stay out around Gangtok, MG Marg until 11pm. 😂

Terrible experience. The rooms had no views, the service wasn’t good, and the giser in every room was out of order. The hotel maneger was so poor, like a Beach. This place deserves zero stars.

The room was only okay, but it smelled bad and had the sound of the nala going on 24 hours a day. It was overpriced, and the food was pathetic. The main problem was the rude manager, a 5 fail who didn’t even lnow how to speak to guests.

The staff’s behaviour was very bad, and the whole experience was worthless. Don’t waste your money here.

The food quality was very poor, and the owner’s behaviour was unexpected. The tv and geajr weren’t working either. A third class hotel in very poor condition.
