Days Inn By Wyndham Gangtok Tadong

Mr. SAROJ PANDAY ( RDM) is a real asset to the property. He’s capable, experienced, and takes responsibility readily. VANDANA at the front desk was professional and well trained. From check-in, everyone made me feel welcome, and the staff were committed to helping. The accommodation was excellent, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The food was delicious and hygienic. My stay at DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM GANTOK was excellent, and I’d gladly come back. I highly recommend it for the service and food.

The balcony has a fantastic view, and the restaurant team were so friendly. We had a really good time at days inn. MG Marg is about a 15-minute walk away, though shared taxis are easy to find and cost 35 Rs per person. A good spot if you’re looking for a peaceful break.

We had lunch with the family and loved the view from the dining hall. Parking is available, which is a big plus in the hills, and the service was good. There was plenty of choice on the menu. Mr Gurung, the service manager, suggested Tibetan dishes, and they were easily our favourites. The Momos, Sha Phaley, and Thukpa were all wonderful. Dessert was the one disappointment, as they only had tinned sweets. A great choice for a quiet lunch.

The hotel felt caring and family-oriented, and it stayed very clean and comfortable throughout our visit. We spent 15 days at Days Inn, and the whole team, from the gate and reception to the managers, restaurant, and cleaning staff, treated us with warmth and professionalism. We were travelling with elderly parents, who received especially thoughtful care. The stay was relaxed and easy, and we’ll definitely return.
